I've not experienced what you describe and I use Imitrex.
I've heard of Zomig from someone I know who takes it for
migraines; you're the first I've heard using it for
CH. I asked my doc what it was and he implied is was
similar to Imitrex. In what form did you take the Zomig?
I've tried Imitrex in pill, spray, and injection and
never experienced what you describe. Why did your doc
prefer Zomig over Imitrex? Perhaps you should connect
with your doc and reconsider.
I've also never experienced the sweating you describe,
but if it's like an early warning indicator, you might
make advantageous use of it abortively. Now and then
however I can detect my heart rate increase prior to
a CH.
