I am now on zomig as my doctor said I had become tolerant to Imigran (Imitrex) and thats why they were not working for me any more.
I had chest pain with Imitrex but nothing so far with Zomig. It does kill the pain quicker but not as reliably. Has to be v.early to have effect.
My doctor says that the newer tiptans are far superior to sumatriptan anyway and says he doesnt prescribe it as much now per se.
