In the past, his cluster cycles have lasted three months, so that's what we have expected for this cycle. The difference this time (12 years later) is Verapamil (only 240 mg. a day for last two weeks), and of course, Imitrex, and now Amerge. Looking back, we don't know how he got through his cluster cycles in the past without those two.
I know the Verapamil takes a while to really kick in, so are we now seeing the effect of the Verapamil, or could it be a short cycle???? I guess at this point we'll take what we can get...at least something is working.
