I read your post and it seems a little strange how you are describing your headaches. One or two headaches a week is very not typical of cluster headaches. Have you read the buttons at the left or tried taking the cluster quiz to see if what you are experiencing ARE clusters? The reason I ask is that if you are taking any meds or using any of the cluster treatments described here, it may not be helping you. If you are getting migraines or stress headaches, you probably need to try different treatment method. You could end up getting really sick if you are taking the wrong meds.
