Put your elbows on the table, put your tumbs on the occiput and your hands on each side of your head and apply as much upward pressure as you can while breathing deeply. Keep this going for 30 seconds and releive the pressure gently.
Never never bend your neck backward.
Do this once a day or each time you feel discomfort in your neck.
