I think I posted this before, but I cvan't find it, so maybe I just wanted to.

I know CH is not caused by sore necks, but I have seen several posts from people for whom tense neck and shoulders may be a trigger, or an added discomfort.

Anyway, my massage lady taught me a neat little trick for painful necks.

Stand or sit up straight. Draw down your shoulders as if large weights were pressing down on them. Tuck your chin into your throat as much as you can without bending the neck. My masseuse described it as "the haughty way a flamenco dancer looks down his nose at you".

It definitely helps to loosen up those discs for me.
