But smoking does not seem to have any effect on my CH - in fact, it soothes my nerves - so I am foolishly not planning to give it up except in public places.
It would be good if Caleb learns to avoid cigarettes and never gets started smoking - that's the best way not to smoke. It is so hard to quit!
