I feel pretty good today. I have to say I was just a little disappointed that we had to resort back to the ER. Not because of Donald or nuthin' But the fact that the beast was that bad and we couldn't control him. There was a new doc there and he had the answer.... He told Donald "you quit smokn" and he told Caleb to make his daddy quit and it would help his headaches. One question... how long to you have to deprive the demon of smoke before he goes away. Donald quit for awhile and I told the doc but the demon came back and sooo did the cigarettes. So there. But he got rid of the demon with no narcotics. Much to Donalds surprise. Donald had already had an imitrex in his system but the doc added by IV, decadron, DHE, & something for nausa. And he was telling the nurse that this had been tried before and all of a sudden he said oh wow it's already easing up so we were all doing the happy dance inside (not allowed with the many rules at the hospital)!!!
But today, I am happy and it's raining.
