Keeping the records of daily pain is very important for:
1) Determining and eliminating the offending foods.
2) To take the pain killer at least one hour ahead of the pain time. In my case: Vioxx (Rofecoxib, MSD) was the pain killer, that has the advantage of eliminating the stomach problems associated with the use anti-inflammatory drugs.
