Cafergot has been my mainstay for 25 years. I've used the sub-lingual, the inhaler, but mostly the tabs. I've taken 25 to 35 tabs a week for an entire 12 week cluster and never had rebounds when I stopped (and I usually stop in a span of 2 or 3 days). It's good stuff and kicks a CH if you get it early enough.
Agree with Bob in that everyone reacts differently.
