Shadows, when strong, usually mean the end of a cycle for me...

So I use that as motivation for dealing with them. The thing about the attacks themselves are that I am completely useless, can't work, can't think, can't speak intelligently, etc. You guys know what I mean by that. With shadows, those characteristics aren't neccessarily true, so, even though they can be very disruptive, as long as I can function, I'll take 'em over the attacks.
And like I said in the subject line, when the shadows are at their worst, it usually signals the end of a cycle(although not always) it somehow makes the shadows easier to deal with. Hope this helps a little Ike.
