only he has your medical history and the tools that may be required in case you run into difficulty. You are on two drugs I positively detest, the verapamil reduced my blood pressure to dangerously low levels and I was held in intensive care for 24 hours due to skipping heart beats. The imitrex is for miagrain headaches, not clusters, was never meant for clusters and I had a very bad reaction to it and was taken off that immeditately.
