Have to disagree there. While Imigran/trex may have been developed for migraine originally, it is fully licensed here for use in clusters (two a day for long periods, and boy do I mean long!). The packaging clearly states for migraine or cluster headaches.

My twopennyworth on the verap question:

1. If your dosage is high (above 480mg per day) you should be having ECGs when you change dosage up - I would be reluctant to change down without taking great care, and doing so over a longish period,

2. If whatever you're on isn't working for you by all means change it, but, if you add something else in (keeping all else the same) it is the new substance or the combination that works. This would be the case if you were adding in lithium or topomirate or whatever - surely the psilocybin would be the same.

That said, I don't know anything about the risks or otherwise of verap plus the mushrooms - I simply feel that the easiest way to measure their success is to work from where you are, rather than adding in potential confusion of a radical change over a short time. See your doctor about any possible combination probs.
