My heart goes out to you. I find my spouse to be most supportive when she respects my need to pace, bang or just lie in a ball and sob. I've told her that just knowing she is around is the most she can offer. After many years of this we almost have a routine. I hope that in reading and searching this site that you will find fellow CHers unanimous in our encouragement to seek and to find the rescources you certaintly are entitled to as a human being.
