The tightness (or cement block) in your chest is likely caused by the cafergot or Imitrex. I suggest you see the GP again (1) see if all that stuff all at once is not a good idea, and (2) get clarified instructions how to take the meds he/she gave you.
The GP probably has the right idea, but if you're taking everything at once... that might be a problem.
