Hi. I've been on Verapamil for over a week; four days at 180mg, four
days at 240mg; since then on 360mg (about eight days). I'm still getting
multiple CH's per 24 hours, though not as severly as the weeks before.
I *do* go and pee often enough, thought not as often as you describe. I also
am on lithium and was told by the pharmacist that in this warming weather
(I live in the Santa Fe, NM area), I should be sure to keep hydrated, and
I think that's to make sure certain levels in the blood stream remain
steady. So I consciously drink large quantities of water. I've also heard
the large amounts of water can prevent or inhibit several types of headache.

If you're not getting the CHs in your current attempts to be over the cycle,
then pee away! My CHs used to almost exclusively come at night, after going
to sleep, but I fear now that the different drug combos, including many doses
of Imitrex in its three forms, have caused my body to react and I now get
many more CHs in the daytime than I used to.
