...or... how I made sure my tank was empty before i headed to Lanta.

Delta tells me...if I have a note from my doctor stating my flow requirements they will be happy to provide me with O2 for $75 ...uh ...that's 7 1/2 E tanks where i come from.

I can only bring my own tank on board if it is empty.

The Delta representative explained this highly technical assembly of regulations in this way..."We don't want you to go kablooie!" To soften the blow of this information ...she was quick to point out that no "boiled cabbage" stands are found within Amerikan airport terminals. Flammable gases are strictly regulated by the FAA.

If one tries to book a flight via the web on Delta...at one point you will be given the oppurtunity to choose Smoking or non smoking seats. Cabbage is never an option of snacks in the smoking section...

They still have the no smoking lights on the cabin's button array. I assume, in the event that the aircraft plummets out of control to certain death the captain then has the option of turning off the no smoking sign.

I'm curious as to what O2 arraingments others have made as they travel to Lanta.
GOOD GRIEF
