I just flew on United about 2 weeks ago in the middle of my cycle and I got a CM of about 7 on your scale while in flight. I asked the flight attendent that I had an emergency and that I needed an O2 tank immediately. Within 2 or 3 minutes they brought me a tank and left it with me free of charge. I would not pay for a tank because you might not need it but please rest assured you will have access to o2 if HELLS GATES open. Good Luck
