Jaynes Body Heat, wonder if I have a bad thermostat? Can't add a new entry

Was outdoors last night, went to bed cold, woke up at 2:00 AM with a sweat wet T-shirt and a nasty (like there is ever a great one) CH, after Jayne's observation, really never occured to me that many times have awoken in a sweat, now the question, does body heat cause a CH or does a CH cause body heat? While we are at it, did the chicken or the egg come first?
