you know Nick,,this I have found to be true....If I go to bed cold and put on warm pygama's..it is 90% that I will wake up sweating and boiling hot with a ch. But if I go to bed cold ( I usually sleep naked) and tough through it till the blankets warm me up an don't put jamies on,,I will sleep all night through.
