I nominate you for president of our sad little club. You seem to have experienced all the worst parts of living with these monsters. You can unload here anytime, you're not alone anymore.
We all have found some little things that help with the pain itself as well as what we do to make life easier with clusters. For me it was Sansert, meditation and drinking lots of water. Different things work for different people but it seems that fighting back only makes it worse. Anger only makes it worse. Email me if you want to hear any more.
