When doing steroid therapy I had untouchable insomnia. It seemed to continue for a week after my taper finished. Talked to my doc. She Wrote Rx for Ambien and Xanax.
One Ambien and 2 xanax and sleep finally came. The beast still woke me but some sleep was better than none. Now I only use this combo for sleep if I just can't fall off naturally. They are both fast acting and have fairly short 1/2 lives. Not as nasty as sleeping pills of years ago. Sleep soon.
