I go for a month at a time with "exhaustion" and can't move or wake up...now I am going through the cycle of "insomnia"... It is like either feast of famine...and I really don't know which is worse.. No reason for either of them..but keeps going in a cycle...any suggestions????

Went outside about an hour ago and it has been cold all day... Just went outside now and SNOW on the ground...OH POOP!@!$&(*#&( LOL... Just so long as we don't get a big storm...But I am still waiting ... we are due yet for one more BIG storm before Spring is REALLY HERE...hahaha Yeah and what was I doing outside in the middle of the night...SMOKING... I don't smoke in the house... So I go outside rain, shine, snowstorms, blizzards, tornados, you name it..LOL...

I really think that I would much rather stay in the snow season...summer is coming up...and I am like an airconditioning queen... Can't take the heat and humidity...YUCKIE!!! Not to mention bugs...

Picture this... Me standing outside in the middle of night smoking or just sitting out side on the step in my pj's (with coat and sweatpants on)...and swinging a broom like a mad women Killing any bugs that decide they are gonna come near me ...and bugs that most likely the neighbors can't see...and wondering if I have lost it..cause all they see is a wild woman smoking in her pj's and swinging a broom around and trying to not scream... Damn I hate bugs...LOL...

I have long hair and 9 times out of 10 I will end up with one that lands on my head and stuck in my hair...it is so GROSS....LOL I have warned the neighbors that if they happen to get up and see me I really haven't lost it...LOL...

OK!!! I am just rambling and will shut my mouth..but any suggestions on the above exhaustion and insomnia cycles I would appreciate it... Also does anyone else have this happening to them???

Hope everyone is tucked in bed and sleeping and painfree.. be well HUGGS... Jackie L.
