think it was back in 1971 during the 7 year locust, cars were slipping off the road they were so thick, also tried raising chickens one year and they ate plenty of grasshoppers, well John the Baptist ate those too, I never ate one, but those chickens sure tasted how I would think a grasshopper tasted, I dumped the rest of the chickens.
