I get bouts of insomnia that last a couple of weeks and then a couple of weeks when I can't stay awake. I've never associated it with my CH before, but I was only diagnosed last year. On the bug front, come to the UK and live in London. We don't get big bugs, because we only have two seasons - July and Winter. July is a couple of sunny days, reasonably warm then lots of rain. Winter is lots and lots of rain with the occasional flurry of snow. Despite what you may have heard we rarely get fog.
Anyway, I'm rambling now. I'd be interested to know if the insomnia and CH are linked in any way. I would ask my doctor, but he's as much use as a one legged man in an arse kicking contest!
