Well, I have been using the little nasal doohickeys as they have been referred to and it works just great! I sit forward slightly and with my hands make sure they are pointing right into to my nasal passages and in about 15-20 minutes I am done with the pain. My insurance pays for this and paid 100% also for a concentrator. I was skeptical at first but I have been doing this 2 times a night for a week so I feel pretty confident now. It is noisy but I always go into another room anyway to spare my husband. I carry Imitrex for away from home headaches but I almost never get those.
My motto is keep looking until something works and then use it!
