Just read your "Ice Piks" post and am confused. Are you suffering from migraines or cluster or both. Re the comment 'bout spending your BD in bed; doubt anyone in a major CH could lie still. I know I couldn't. To the ? 'bout ice piks, I get them all the time when in a cluster cycle, sharp stabbing pain at the top of the head on the CH side. It lasts a second or two, recurrs about every minute and goes on for around an hour. Sad to say, its not the end of a CH cycle for me. Hope you had a great and pain free BD.
