My Dr. had me do a sleep study, to find out that specific thing. As it turns out, I have apnea when sleeping on my back. Rather than wear the C-PAP machine, it was suggested that I sew a tennis ball into the back of the t-shirt I sleep in, to keep me from sleeping on my back. Since I don't wear a shirt, I sewed one right on my back! Looks funny at the beach!
According to my doc, there is a high correlation between CH and sleep apnea. A high number of CH sufferrers have sleep apnea, but not necessarily the other way around. I don't know which may cause which.
