Oxygen - Is there a 'Best Way' to use it??

Had O2 tank delivered yesterday. Headache started at about 8PM, sucked on 7liter and it Aborted within minutes. I WAS SOOOO HAPPY! Another one started about an hour later, sucked on the O2 again and it also went away. Another one came on about an hour later, I did not take anymore O2 for fear of overdoing it. This CH lasted for almost 2 hours. I normally only get one of these each night...not 3. Any ideas???? Can I hit the 02 whenever or is there a limit?? HELPPPP PLEEEASE!!
