I had a neurologist like this once and I made sure I went back to see him with a tape recorder hid in my pocket. After my second visit, think he suspected something as his whole attitude changed. Yes, if you can hit him with malpractice ,,,do it. It pisses me off that I am a nurse and in a profession where there are such a-holes (excuse my french). I would definetly turn him into the A.M.A.... There is no excuse for this. PAIN is what the patient says it is...I learned this in nursing school and I know he learned it too. In SC, the law now supposedly protects us in a way where they have to do a pain scale. Then they have to treat that pain. Never had to use the law but I would. smiles and I am so sorry you had to be abused by this. Call an attorney that practices in malpractice. nancyc
