Just found this little site by accident checking on other pain killer drug info.
I have suffered severe cluster migraines for the best part of 20 yrs.
In my 20s and 30s usually one 30 hr session each week... which wrecked my life completely.
Such pain in my skull and eyes... and vomiting for most of the attack.
With some expert guidance I was shown that (some) of this was related to allergy and with a strict diet for several months the attacks reduced to about 25% of their original frequency...The diet was very strict and so boring.. but it proved that for me anyway, I had problems with many foods. I am now late 40s and have some control over the attacks.. but it is tough if you love your food.
