Hello I too take lortab 10/500 4 to 6 times a day for Cervical Stenosis. Havent noticed any cluster head aches, but be careful about so much Tylenol......will destroy your liver as its starting to do to mine.My liver count is way to high, so my doctor is going to change my medications to Hydrocodone /asprin or Hydrocodone/ ibuprofein....taking me of the tylenol completely. Wish you luck on controlling your pain....
