this weekend while i was swimming my laps (i'm trying to get in shape for my lifeguard certification) i felt one coming on and i decided not to get out... i swam right through it... 560yds... the longest i've swam since my knee surgery! i only had a mild pain when i stopped...
oh and today i managed to get something stonger than ibuprofen for my pain until i see my dr back home... my school's health center gave me codien... doesn't really take care of the pain... but it numbs me up enough to where i don't really care...
