hmmmm,

water?
exercise?
stretching?
meditation?
relaxation?
manipulation?
even heat, cold and oxygen?

heavily presented here ... poorly received. sad. only meds seem to be seriously considered. non-"you", non-doc, non-'script solutions have been criticized here, with 1 or 2 scant exceptions.

i guess there's a mental block - as if the discovery that we (or nature) could help us would destroy our credibility - like "wow, it really WAS all in our heads!"

maybe we're afraid that unless medicine is required to fix it, our perception of the severity will be called into question.

for me, natural solutions do not negate the fact or level of the pain - but that is not universally held.

there're plenty of suggestions here that require no doctor, no pharmacist, no neurologist, no scientist. most have few practioners, too. i've stopped posting them. it's futile.

not venting - just callin' 'em as i've seen 'em. no offense to anyone. to each his/her own.

good luck - pain freedom is a human right.
