I'm starting to share your feelings of futility. When the exercise thing worked for me, I was really exited and anxious to share it with everyone. Now I find myself passing over posts that I would have answered a couple of months ago. At least we each have our own weapons against IT.
I find myself rolling my head and stretching neck muscles every hour now.
