I was on topamax for a time. It did not work with me as far as the CH's went, what it did was to give me terrible side effects. For about three days I was literally insane, then that went away. Following the insanity I had wierd smell and taste sensations so that it was at times literally difficult for me to eat. I could have put up with the side effects if it had done something to relieve my headaches, but it didn't. It has helped others, I hope it helps you.
