I am using Topomax (25mg 2x a day)with verapamil(480mg 2x a day). I have "ok" results. I am very chronic and it has helped reduce the vast amounts of Imitrex that I normally take. The side effects I have from topomax is mostly limited to strong tingling sensations in my hands and feet. (kind of like when your foot falls asleep) Other than that it seems to help.
