Nancy, I just got Oxygen from my insurance company but it took 2 weeks due to incompetence at the office. I had to get a complete prescription from my doctor it also had to have the diagnosis printed on the scrip ( ie CLUSTER HEADACHE ) . It listed 6 - 10 litres per min for 10 - 15 min prn (as needed).
So far I haven't been billed anything but I did use their pharmacy provider who actually delivered the entire setup to my home. If you get the scrip make sure that it states by mask otherwise they send a nasal cannula which can't effectrively deliver 10 litres per min.
