my ins. co. through work is aetna-us healthcare, once i got the prescription from my neurologist, i tried two oxygen suppliers. the second said they would handle all the paper work for the ins. co.. i've been keeping two tanks at all times for about 3yrs.. i never had to get another script, and the ins pays most of it. i use 8 to 10 l per min. its much cheaper than imitrex.
