Think it was Newsweek or something like that had a huge article (plus it was on the cover of the magazine) where an entire town got addicted to oxycontin. It was unreal. Everyone needs to read that one. And I can promise you that alot of our Docs that are out there do not give a shit if you get hooked or not. They pass them out like candy and say "Oh, well, I cured them" Sorry, I will get off my soapbox now. I just hate to see someone go thru withdrawals. And believe me people cause I have been there many times trying to stop this pain but today I know how dangerous they really are. Try verapamil, lithium, anything but these. smiles, nancyc
