Night time attacks are often more difficult to treat, because people only wake up when the attack is already in full blast.
But I wake up at the very first precursor of an attack, and there is ample time to abort it with oxygen before it reaches a Kip #3, the same as for attacks during waking hours.
How could people train themselves / be trained to wake up at the earliest sign of an imminent attack?
If one tries subconsciously to ignore a possible attack, the wake up is too late if it really hits. But accepting that an attack will occur, tell yourself to wake up at the first sign.
Well, the experts on mind control or self hypnosis or bio feedback or whatever are called here, I have no idea how I achieved this useful feature.
