You are so right, I know I tried to ignore them as I started to wake (praying it was just a bad dream). I was new didnt know better. I will try to program your approach for the future cycles and I bet it works. I know you can program yourself to remember your dreams why not just wake at 1st signs of CH? Thanks Ueli
