Well, for what it's worth, I suffer from recurring herpes infections usually on my lips or around my nose. My doctor has told me that stress can bring on an outbreak because once you have that virus it is always there!
I just had a really bad case last month (job stress?) and lo and behold, I started in a cluster cycle. Now I don't always do this but this was a case where even my pills did not seem to work.
I will read on with great interest on this theory.
