All good points, particularly the one about the cross pollination that occurs between CHr's and migrainuers on alt.headache.migraine. Right now I have three online messages boards I check: this one of course, the migraine newsgroup you mentioned and compuserve's health & fitness forum. In addition, I've discovered two other web based message boards dedicated to CH's but this one is the most active by far.
Still, my ideal would be an alt.support.headaches.cluster group
(such as the one you mentioned almost starting) so we could have a single, central, well recognized resource for CH discussions and I could forget about sorting through all the migraine messages on the various message boards and use my offline newsreader to converse and manage my messages with other cluster HA sufferers much more efficiently than is currently the case with this web interface.
Still, I'm very pleased to have all these resources; and this message board in particular, cludgy interface notwithstanding.
