I can wake up on the hour - once did it for a whole week when I had forgotten my travel alarm.
I usually know what time it is; it gets better when I am not wearing a watch for a few days.
But I never took melatonin and I do have clusters that melatonin is supposed to chase away...
Anything that works ought to be looked at, within reason, so I have some questions:
Do I have nearly enough melatonin to do the wake-up trick but not enough to keep clusters at bay?
If you had not enough melatonin to wake on request
or to chase clusters, how much do you take?
What about people with even less melatonin, who keep oversleeping and who never get clusters?
Just wondering. Curiosity makes for knowledge.
