The ergotamine has been delicensed here for a while because of the risks associated with it, but with it being a successful treatment I think people have been putting pressure on to get it back on the list.

As to shrooms, which are of course linked, they weren't specifically mentioned, but I have discussed them in the past with him. I think he would be willing to do a trial when he has time if they could find a way of guaranteeing the trial showed that it was the active ingredient that caused the effect, and that the psychedelic properties themselves could be negated as the cause of any improvement. (My interpretation - don't quote him from that!)
