I,m a 12 year sufferer of this complete headache. It used to occur
in January or February. I had a two year break and did it ever feel good
Now we are in June and it started hitting me again last week. I hate taking the medication so
I try to endure until they become more constant. Prednisone and Sanserts are my recourse.
They seem to work better for me. Anyhow, I tried this last night and it worked right away.
No medication simply a good bike ride.As soon as I felt it coming I got on my bike and did
a quick 2 mile ride as fast as I could. Just the fact of having the wind in my face and my
heart pumping more I think I made it go away within five minutes. I urge you
to try it as it worked for me. With 12 years of trying everything i think last night was
the fastest i've ever got rid of one without the medication.
