Bike riding is exactly what I do, but I have to catch it fast. If I wait, I'm screwed because there is NO WAY I can get on my bike once the pain starts ramping up. My success rate isn't as high as Bob's, but heart pounding exercise is still my number one abortive! For me, it's most effective when it's cold outside.
