No headache for a whole week. This time only lasted about five weeks and was not quite so intense. I have hope that a change for the better has taken place. I am 68 and have suffered these CH for maybe 30 years. About every 2-3 years for two months. I took no meds and tried to concentrate on relaxation. It sure feels good to be free. -Tom
