Using imitrex injections (12 mg a day), verapimil (480mg) for 60 days. Also having continuous sharp chest, shoulder, arm, neck and back pain. The pain started about the same time as the clusters. Never had these symptoms in past episodes. Heart seems ok. Stress test last week and EKG yesterday. Blood pressure fine also. Any ideas?
